Recite the Islamic Adhan (the call to prayer) 7 times.

Recite Surat As-Saffat (Chapter 37 of the Qur’an) 7 times.

Recite Surat Al-Jinn (Chapter 72 of the Qur’an) 7 times.

Recite Surat Qaf (Chapter 50 of the Qur’an) 7 times.

Recite Surat Ar-Ra’d (Chapter 13 of the Qur’an) 7 times.

Recite Surat At-Tariq (Chapter 86 of the Qur’an) 7 times.
