If you are quick to forget and wish to improve your memory then get 250 grams of Iranian raisins and soak them in one liter of water and then recite surahs Yasin on it seven times. Eat from it daily in a fasted state (before anything else that day) and drink from its water. Eat a lot of cashew nuts as well. You will have a sharp memory and won’t forget anything with Allah’s permission. Do not revise for more than 45 minutes a session.
